We are very proud of our newest development the AVHOB 2010; one of the biggest baler machine in the world. Our main target was to design a product which can produce bales of 1 tons from cardboard by bale dimensions of 1100 x 1100 x adjustable length. It is possible to reach a throughput of 40 tons per hour. Instead of Teflon guides we invented a free of maintenance roller system for the pressure ram (lifetime up to 5 years). The machine can be delivered from 90 up to 130 kW engines; the press force is between 130 and 200 tons.
